Frank Tedrow, a Sacramento native, has lived in Northern California his entire life. He studied, played sports, married, and raised a family in Sacramento. He coached youth sports like Little League baseball and youth basketball with his sons. Currently, he is a Restaurant General Manager and supports dog rescue groups. In his free time, he spends time with family, visits the beach, hikes, and writes, working on three books.
